The ₹1 lakh crore “sacrifice” you’re bragging about is less than 3% of what this government extracted from common people’s pockets over 10 years. And the punchline? Retail prices are NOT even coming down. The duty cut went to bail out OMC losses; NOT to reduce prices at the pump. Petrol in Delhi crossed ₹100/L today. You didn’t give anything to the aam aadmi. You just stopped overcharging them slightly. That’s not policy. That’s arithmetic.

So in Hyderabad @TGSRTCHQ runs a Pushpak bus and they charge staggering ₹350 for a 32 KM journey. Man, state buses should be cheaper not this costly. For example in Delhi, you’re charged ₹30 for a 16 KM journey from Airport to Railway station and ₹50-₹70 in Metro. Even Auto this morning charged me ₹300 for a 24kM ride. Something that must be improved in Hyderabad. Public transport shouldn’t feel like luxury.
