Training in the snow was exciting for a while, but I'm kind of glad its melted so I can ride my bike outdoors again!

Finished my season with something new: my first half iron distance race! Loved it and smashed my target to become @TriEngland National AG Champ. Thanks to everyone who supported me and especially @Physioimpulse who got me through the season in 1 piece to enable me to do this ❤

Off to Ireland ✈ for my last short distance race this season in Mourne. After doing a lot of longer training and racing, the sprint distance is gonna be a bit of a shock to the system, but I can't wait!

A disappointing race at the weekend, but great to have the opportunity to race against some incredible athletes in London and plenty to go away and work on. Always grateful to @Physioimpulse for their support.

Chuffed with a top 15 at the British Elite Champs yesterday and one of my best performances to date. A great swim got me oh so close to making the lead bike pack and I backed it up with a 5km run PB! Thanks to @Physioimpulse for helping me get here in one piece ❤
