@NPCI_BHIM My transaction was successful, yet the gift voucher for which I paid has still not been issued to me.

@NPCI_BHIM service has not been delivered, & they are still not refunding money. Every time, they keep replying that their team is reviewing the issue. If you are unable to provide the service, then simply refund the customer’s money instead of holding it unnecessarily.

@NPCI_BHIM waiting time is too long,You seriously need to improve your support. It is very inconvenient for users of BHIM UPI app that your team is unable to resolve the issue or provide any timeline. This has been a very bad experience. One should avoid using BHIM, as not reliable at all

@NPCI_BHIM @UPI_NPCI @NPCI_NPCI @jagograhakjago @consaff @nch1915 have already confirmed with my bank, payment is also showing as successful in app, yet Flipkart Egift card was not issued to me. There was no issue from my side or bank’s side. Kindly refund money at the earliest
