@sksinha2601 @ceo_uidai As per the concerned team, all issues related to Aadhaar PVC card should be raised within 90 days from the date of order. As we received this grievance after expiry of stipulated time frame. It is not feasible to accede to this. You may raise a fresh request for Aadhaar PVC card.

For nearly 5 years, I have repeatedly visited Aadhaar Enrolment Centres, Jan Seva Kendras, and Post Offices seeking correction. Every routine attempt fails because the invalid "0002" baseline triggers a biometric mismatch loop. (3/6)

This is not a routine Aadhaar update request. It is a highly unusual technical database exception that requires manual backend intervention from the technical team to overwrite the corrupted system data. (2/6)
