@13cabs I am waiting on the outcome of a trip that I was charged for, however the driver did not rock up. I have completed multiple request, with none been followed up thus far. Being out of pocket $128 is not good enough. Please contact me.

@13cabs The trip was a pick up from Mardella Meadows, with 3 stops. I was fully charged (it is not a pre authorised payment) and the taxi did not show.
