@AshleyAngell We have to play aeroplanes with his food to get him to eat. He’s a really fussy eater, he’ll love something one day and then won’t touch it the next. It’s not easy training a pup that isn’t food motivated. He’s the first dog I’ve had that isn’t into food. It’s weird.

@Telstra The technical Support team leader (or product expert), after the sales team rejecting my request, was able to authorise the support guy to have a new modem sent to me. Will arrive in 3 to 7 days.

@AshleyAngell That is certainly something that you can discuss with the cancellation team, if you choose to go with another provider for the NBN; but just as a point of interest, if you migrated your Cable service to the NBN with us, we would provide you with a new modem as well. - Shelly

Le sigh….@telstra want me to PAY for a replacement for faulty cable modem (to be fair it’s out of warranty). Told them if they wouldn’t send me replacement for free that I’d switch to an NBN provider who would.

@Telstra I need my cable modem replaced. As in IT person, *any* dealing with @Telstra support is awful. But to their credit, the live chat person did call my mobile after I didn’t respond quickly (drop out?) and now I am talking to my 2nd person who’s trying to help.

Dealing with @telstra support “live chat”, frankly is worse than terrible. I think I might rather push an Ice Pick through my eye.
