My family is facing an active cyber attack. We are bombarded with bulk OTPs from 'AD-PWALLA-S' & others, followed by missed/ghost calls. Even though we NEVER shared any OTP or answered calls, money is being automatically stolen from @TheOfficialSBI & @UnionBankTweets @Cyberdost

@TheofficialSBI we have filed case on 12th of May no updates on our case. @Cyberdost our entire family is target kindly track our money and take action on these criminals.

Filed a complaint with @PoliceBangalore on 12th May at Hulimavu PS and visited today for second complaint , only to be told to "come back after a month and we'll see." This delays justice. Requesting senior officials to intervene. This involves cyber attack on to senior citizen.

@OfficialSBICare We have already followed the same procedure on 12th of May itselft but no action has been taken and police authorities too. Where Goverment asks to move towards digital payment but cannot secure it. @RBI

We understand your concern. Kindly register your complaint by calling on toll-free no “1930” or through the website URL address cybercrime.gov.in/Webform/crmcon… of the Ministry of Home Affairs. You may also visit local police authorities/cyber cells for the necessary action in this regard. After this, please contact your home Branch with copy of police complaint/ FIR for taking it up with another Bank/ Branch.
