@UberEats your app makes it impossible to get any real assistance because the “Help” is a bot, and instructions aren’t accurate (e.g. changing a tip). I’ll be sticking with Skip the Dishes from now on.

@UberEats My delivery person was over 10 minutes late, and made multiple lengthy stops on the way with my ICE CREAM. I pre tipped with my order and wasn’t able to change the tip because my receipt arrived over one hour after my order was delivered. Ice cream was melted of course.
