Venezuela's refining and oil production facilities are in complete disarray. With some pipes 40 years old or older. It will take a significant amount of time to repair and get production back to capacity. We had a few months in Iraq before the insurgency and Civil War started. Our military will be facing an Iraq 2.0 in securing and protecting the contractors alone. Until we get production back to profitable territory I'm guessing we're spending hundreds of billions of dollars in we don't have in the meantime? Healthcare? Epstein?

Please and I can’t stress this enough, Amorim’s 3-4-2-1 and Glasner’s 3-4-2-1 aren’t the same system just because they both play the same formation for parts of the game. A system is more than the formation. The tactics and intentions behind both systems are so different.

I’m just utterly disappointed in things. I’ve given my stance on system vs tactics vs this that and the other. I have felt very worried this season Amorim would walk himself into the sack with the choices he makes - sticking to your tactics is one thing but then routinely picking the wrong players and once again displaying ZERO consequences and accountability for senior players, is lowering the standards heavily. The same players every week, mostly young ones, get punished for the smallest mistakes while others are given a long enough rope to cost us. Amorim has given the message that it is okay to play shit one week to the next - because that’s what is happening. Inconsistent management and standards = inconsistent performances.
