Corrupt Tennessee Republicans are proving that GOP extremists serve only Donald Trump. The mid-decade scheme to redraw a historically Black district in Memphis is disgraceful and the people are making their voices heard. Keep the pressure on.

From the moment Donald Trump strong-armed Texas to gerrymander Americans out of their votes, I vowed New York would lead. We didn’t start this fight, but we will end it.

This White House and this Supreme Court are brought to you courtesy of Mitch McConnell. I am running for U.S. Senate to replace him, clean up his mess, and finally prioritize working people.

After the Supreme Court's decision to restrict the Voting Rights Act, I'm reflecting on my trip to Selma for the 61st anniversary of Bloody Sunday. Despite the hardships the heroes of the Civil Rights Movement faced, they marched on. So must we. We cannot afford not to.

This is why lifetime positions in the Supreme Court must be abolished. All it took to take America back to the days of Jim Crow was six woefully out of touch conservative Supreme Court justices to gut The Civil Rights Act. Women have lost autonomy over their bodies and Black people have lost their representation in congress.

I'm pretty sure that Thurgood Marshall would be rolling over in his grave. Knowing that he was replaced by a black man whose only job has been the repress and deny black people equality. Ironically, Clarence Thomas met his wife Ginni in 1986 at an affirmative action conference, which they both opposed. They bonded over making sure the playing field was never level for blacks and a year later in 1987 they married. What's so perplexing about Clarence Thomas is that he benefited from affirmative action during his admission to Yale Law School in 1971. Yale aimed to increase minority enrollment to roughly 10% of the class. He later decided that wasn't a good thing. Clarence Thomas benefited from affirmative action. Then he decided, no other black person should. Self-hatred is a helluva drug.

Bush destroyed Clinton's economy. Obama fixed Bush's mess. Trump destroyed Obama's economy. Biden fixed Trump’s mess and now Trump has destroyed what Biden fixed. The biggest lie that Republicans have gotten away with is that they are better for the economy.
