@AnaBetty2304 Yup. The dockefile in that github repo already has RStudio, python and tensorflow. You can add scanpy and scoda and built the image. Running the image will locally host an RStudio session with everything installed. 😀

@asingh_22g Thanks! I saw scCODA has a docker too (which is the tool I'm trying to use and I guess Tensorflow and Scanpy are installed) but not sure if I can setup Rstudio & Docker. Do you know if it's possible?
