@Zipcar really struggling to make any bookings through your App and the customer service number on the App is not contactable. How do I get in touch with you to understand what’s going on?


@Zipcar What a scam. You pay the non-refundable setup fee only to find out they don’t even offer service in your area — something you can’t fully verify until after you sign up.



@Zipcar you’re charging me a late fee that represents 151% of the price of the whole trip, even though it was only 12 minutes and in my previous trips I’ve always complied. Your team is totally inflexible and are not willing to help. Unfair and disproportionate.
