My sctr been stuck for 6 months with repeated service delays. After raising a ticket, I am being told BMS replacement may take another 5–6 months, which may push my vehicle beyond warranty. Service delays, no clear timelines, and demand for money without bills are unacceptable.

@OlaElectric I am facing issues since 6 months but service center did not opened a job card and at last they raised the ticket and saying that it takes 6 months to get the parts from the company. Guys is this is called as the Hyperservice. And for this service I have given bribe also.
