@CoupleMoney @ask_trim @HisandHerMoney Trim is trash. They cancel things you explicitly tell them not to cancel, and charge you for it. But then you still want that thing, so you have to resubscribe. Instead of saving money, Trim just costs you money.

@ask_trim I sent you an email- you claim to have negotiated a $10 outage credit for me back on 2/27 thorough @comcast and billed me for it. My latest bill came today and still no outage credit. This needs to be addressed please as I’m not paying this charge until I see the credit
