Hi @NianticHelp, I used a Remote Raid Pass in a raid but after winning, the encounter screen disappeared and I couldn’t catch the Pokémon. I also didn’t get my Remote Raid Pass back. Support only sent me automated replies saying it was refunded, but it wasn’t.
