I have no doubt that when Modi ji thinks about Tamil Nadu, Annamalai is at the top of his mind! This one moment below beautifully depicts it… Yes the party made a mistake but the bond between the two remains solid! He is more a propagandist and a DMK stooge who is now trying to cover up the huge BLUNDER his party DMK has made! But it got exposed and was nipped in the bud. In fact, this hurried attempt to come up with such a poor cover up shows that DMK is now extremely nervous, having realised now that the people of TN are extremely miffed with DMK. This failed tactic has further exposed DMK & INDI…. The fact remains that Stalin kicked away the opportunity to get 59 LS seats (a whopping 50% more than today) & giving 33% reservation to women in Lok Sabha… Now women and people of TN will teach DMK & Congress a lesson!

Today I introduced a private Member's Bill that would have delinked implementation of Women's Reservation in Lok Sabha & Assemblies from census and delimitation & brought into force immediately. I had given a notice under Rule 267 requesting the Hon. Chairman, RS to permit motion of the Bill. However he refused permission. My Bill also extended the freeze on delimitation till 2051 and required ratification of 2/3rd majority of States to reallocate Lok Sabha seats. The Government did not support this Bill. What could have been done so simply was turned into a complicated affair because the BJP has no intention of implementing Women's Reservation. This proves beyond doubt that the BJP led NDA only wants to play politics in the name of #NariShakti and sneak in #delimitation. Instead of shouting from the rooptops, I challenge the BJP to adopt my PMB or bring a Bill similar to mine to implement Women's Reservation without 'ifs and buts' and linkage to delimitation or census. If they can't, it's further proof that BJP is Bharatiya Jumla Party.

DMK + 120-130 could be a possibility. But the split will be different. DMK would anyway need the support of Congress and allies to form the govt. My thoughts regarding Iran’s recent attack on international shipping and boasts that they are now in control of the Strait of Hormuz: Control the strait. Continue the blockade. Put Kharg island in the crosshairs. Over time, we have all the cards. After Iran’s brazen IRGC-led attack on international shipping and declaration that they’re now in control of the Strait, it is imperative America and the world answer this provocation. The U.S. and others must demonstrate the ability to control the Strait without Iranian interference. I urge President Trump to continue the blockade, which has been brilliantly executed and applies maximum pressure. It’s abundantly clear that after 47 years, promises coming from the Iranian regime are worthless. Steady as she goes. Stay resolved.

Simple point on the Bill is this: The states were getting more MPs in equal proportion… Women were getting 33% reservation…. The MPs strength in Parliament was going up by 50%…. Everyone was benefitting in equal proportion without disturbing the current balance amongst states but yet the dynasts of Cong, DMK, TMC & SP defeated the bill, going against their own people and states…. Just because they hate to see Modi winning. They would rather that India lose but Modi should not win and they did it!! India lost… Such a shame!
