It's with great sadness that we announce Brooke peacefully passed away last night. Brooke lived a long and happy life welcoming constituents as Treat Coordinator, and we hope she is getting all the pets and treats she deserves in kitty heaven.

We mourn the loss of Paul Sorvino, a great Italian-American actor who entertained us on stage & screen over the decades. A few years ago, on behalf of the Conference of Italian-American Legislators, I had the great honor to introduce Mr. Sorvino on the floor of the Assembly. RIP!

On #MemorialDay2022 and every day, we remember the brave women and men who have sacrificed so much for our country and our freedoms. May we reflect on and honor their service!
