@cricinsights1 The Asian Games and Olympics criteria are more rigorous than the ICC criteria. GCC (Gulf) teams do not generally meet that threshold and have not participated previously for that reason. For example, Oman’s squad has many new names comprising of “local” players.

@AKDPD As ridiculous as it sounds, it is undecided. The working assumption is 3 teams go the the Asia-EAP combined RQ similar to the last cycle but that is all speculation.
