@Parrotman78 @silverdalex @astoundconnects You can file a complaint with the FCC when a company fails to maintain and secure equipment that is vital to a service you pay for. I think hanging fiberoptics on the side of the road and not underground counts as gross negligence.

You can file a complaint with the FCC if your internet provider repeatedly fails to invest in proper infrastructure and causes frequent outages! Monopolies aren’t exempt from accountability :) consumercomplaints.fcc.gov
