the same in regards the chest rising/wave part? I can feel it starts there. It just makes me wonder if I’m missing something? I haven’t really heard people explain it in the same way, i am just trying to understand it because it’s the thing I can’t live with. #MECFS #LongCovid

@astraldart How are you defining hyperthyroid, low TSH?

THE THYROID-LIVER DOOM LOOP: 1. Low thyroid or an accumulation of other insults cause a sluggish, burdened liver. 2. Impaired liver impairs conversion of T4 to active T3. 3. Hypothyroidism, especially low T3, causes cholestasis, fatty liver, and liver injury. 4. T3 production is further impaired, causing further liver impairment, and so on. This happened to me. This is why T3 supplementation can be so powerful. It can literally lift the system out of self-reinforcing trap.

The number of times I read posts by people with ME and they have other autoimmune disease… it’s so common . I say “other autoimmune” as .. what are the chances ME isn’t autoimmune ? It is already on the autoimmune registry, just waiting to be confirmed. They all flock together.

I want to share some ugly photos of very yummy food. The past 2 weeks have and still are hell with severe pain, symptoms from hormones and nervous system. But for a few weeks now I can eat more solid food in the evening big portions! And more strength in arms.

@c3vvno Very common with psych med damage unfortunately. Happened to me after reglan and benzos. Idk what it did to my immune system

Why does one wrong food send me into a flare that lasts a week and it’s life threatening? I swear I have something really really rare happening here it’s going to kill me for sure.

Keep fantasizing about being able to respawn at previous levels of illness like in a video game. Keep imagining everything i would do differently, the testing i would get, the meds i would avoid. Pointless fantasies.

@astraldart dans mon cas j’ai une thrombopénie auto immune du sang donc genre pas assez de plaquettes et j’ai pas assez de globules rouges, pas assez de fer, ferritine, fer sérique, taux bas de coeff de fer, donc la j’ai perf ou transfu, mais dans mon cas on sait pas encore pk sauf le SED

qd j’ai eu ma maladie du sang inexpliquée my GOD au CHRU en hémato une table entière j’étais blême

I've now heard a couple of times that my too high B1 (without supplementing) can be a functional deficiency. But how do I know for sure? I don't want to try supplements if it's really too high. And do supplements even help in a scenario where my body doesn't absorb it properly?

We are becoming sicker earlier and dying younger and the media/government/health authorities are more determined than ever not to mention #LongCovid or #MECFS. 🙉
