@c3vvno It's such a weird take when people think everyone with the same illness has the same level of suffering??

Just want for reiterate just because you can handle the suffering doesn’t mean everyone can, theirs different levels to this shit. Can’t compare mild to severe.

@rgsoosaa Yeh you’ve only been on em for a few months just get off em quickly and use them as prn

@c3vvno Yeah i feel you.. same for me.. i want to try to get off for 2 weeks and then took them only 2-3 times a week so my body dont get addicted

Severe crash from trying red meat severe overheating and sweating feeling a sense of severe doom and anxiety. This is gonna be followed by completely exaughstion and inability to move for a week.

@rgsoosaa I don’t plan on coming off anytime soon their the only reason I’m still alive atm.

@rgsoosaa The last time I withdrawed it made it worse for a little while but improved quickly after. Not sure about this time tho.

@c3vvno I know i also have mecfs and benzos saved my life in the last 2 months.. did you get worse after withdrawal with your mecfs?

@rgsoosaa Been about 3 weeks now I’m not scared to stop I’ve been through the withdrawals before, what I have no is worse than any benzo withdrawal.

@c3vvno How long are you on benzos? Im 2 months daily on lorazepam.. im so scared to stop

I’ve been eating two foods now for 2 months no deviations anything else I go into severe life threatening flares.

In June 2022, 28-year-old Caitlin Jensen went to a Georgia chiropractor for a routine neck adjustment. Shortly after the procedure, she became seriously ill and was rushed to the hospital, where doctors found four dissected arteries in her neck. The injuries triggered a stroke, cardiac arrest, and a traumatic brain injury. Caitlin lost her pulse for about 10 minutes before doctors were able to revive her. She survived, but the damage changed everything. She was left paralyzed, with limited movement, and can no longer speak.

@worked_over I can’t even taper the Effexor at all cause of how bad the MCAS is currently.

@c3vvno 10 months into protracted withdrawal from Effexor. I thought I had been doing better for the last couple months, but today’s not a good day. It’s poison ☠️. I’m on nothing right now other than CBD oil & it doesn’t do too much.

As bad as benzo withdrawal was years ago for me it’s nothing compared to the MECFS and MCAS now, maybe that’s the Effexor adding the damage on top but it’s ironic that it’s the Benzo now offering relief.

I know I’m going to die I just don’t know when. Soon or 40 years from now.

@c3vvno I always am very socially awkward the few times I see someone, especially when it's a doctor.

I’ve been alone so long now I feel weird in peoples company don’t know how to explain that.

Nobody likes you when you're depressed. Plain and simple. We can talk all day about mental health and how important it is, but the moment you are depressed, people start to distance themselves. They see you as negative, a burden, and someone too heavy to handle.

Fucking benzos only thing keeping me alive right now. Only reason I can eat, without them atm would be the end.

@NeleHelena Yeh it’s absolutely traumatising for me barely any studies on this I feel hopeless

@c3vvno I can eat a bit more than you but this would also be a problem for me with hospital food. And I'm pretty sure they would make zero adjustments and it would lead to a lot of anxiety notes in my file while my mouth burning has nothing to do with that.

I cannot go to the hospital because I cannot eat any of their food it, MCAS is whacked.

Anyone making money of psych meds injuries is disgusting when the only answer is time to heal.
