@SW_Help @swtrains_watch Will any trains for Fleet be departing from Waterloo before the end of service? Nothing has left since around 8pm. How are passengers, many with kids, expected to get home?

@SW_Help I appreciate the problems the disruption is causing but a train full of passengers have been sat on the 21.42 to Basingtoke at Waterloo platform 9 for over 45 mins with no communication. I assume we don’t have a guard and/or driver?

@SW_Help Hi. I want to claim a refund on my annual season ticket (bought online and loaded onto my Smartcard). When I log into my account I can see the ticket but no way to claim a refund - should I use the standard online form or email the smartcard team? Thanks.

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch Thanks for your apology but you’ve not answered my question. The RPIs are literally stood 5 meters in front of a working gate line - what is this achieving? My season ticket, and yet another annual increase, is paying for this waste of resources.

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch What is the point of the gang of 10+ RPIs blocking the gate line at Waterloo, checking the tickets of disembarking passengers? It means my ticket was checked twice in less than 5 seconds and four times in one 55 minute journey.

@SW_Help The card reader on platform 2 at Fleet station has been in this ‘loading’ state for over a week. As this is the most convenient card reader for cyclists using the side gate could it please be fixed ASAP? Thanks.

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch All the plastic bag bins in Fleet station car park are being ripped apart by foxes each night. I reported this several weeks ago and station staff must be aware. Any plans to replace the bins with something more fox-proof? It’s unsightly and unsanitary.

@SW_Help Hi. Are there problems with the smart card readers at Fleet? Two readers on platform 2 are unresponsive. No problem with my card being read at Waterloo or TfL buses and underground. Thanks.

@SW_Help The secure cycle parking gate at Fleet is showing signs of malfunction and the control box is not properly weather-sealed. Please report to station mgmt. This time last year the gate failed and it took seven months to fix, during which time multiple bikes were stolen.

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch You might need to spend some of the £90m on fox-proof rubbish bins. This is a regular occurrence at Fleet station and stays this way until the cleaner can get here from Farnborough.

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch Thanks but the fact that it’s ‘booked’ as four coaches is irrelevant to paying passengers, who should have been made aware that it’s short-formed. To his credit, the guard has just apologised for the short formation, giving the cause as ‘more trains than usual being faulty’.

@astronought @swtrains_watch Hello Mark, it looks like this train is booked as a 4 coach train today which is why it is not showing on Journeycheck. I am sorry that your journey is uncomfortable though. ^DH

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch 16:12 WAT - BSK is short formed (4 coaches instead of 8) and not reported on Journey Check or platform boards. Also no air-con in coach 2. It’s going to be both cosy and sweaty.

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch The irony is that the vandalism was only able to happen because SWR didn’t fix the gate for 7 months! How are commuters supposed to collect new fobs when the ticket office is closing at 13.20 daily due to staff shortages?
