@WhoseCapital @pixelord Hrm. My experience is they could have easily kept my BTC and gave me nothing, and instead manually gave my 3x ords. I can't speak to market behaviors, but as an individual they were responsive and helpful to a stranger even though I had no leverage and the floor was already hot.
