At certain times of the day, it seems to me anyway, people who don’t live in my neighborhood are wandering the streets casing the houses. Less paranoid than realistic. At least I have three cameras up and running…

At a CVS near me, next door to a WF, where a friend was temporarily stuck and from there called me. Hooligans from the local High School regularly thieve from that CVS after school… Most items locked behind plexiglass… I worry about possible neighborhood home invasions…

Savoy was in charge up until Monday of the Second District in Washington DC. In 2024 Commander Savoy was honored by the Citizens Association of Georgetown with the Charles Atherton Award for exceptional public service. Commander Savoy and her team drove a 50% reduction in violent crime in 2024. Assistant Chief Makal was in charge up until Monday of patrols in the First, Sixth and Seventh District.
