Two and a half years ago, my best friend abruptly dumped me for objecting to a TiM in our open locker room at the pool. It broke my heart.
Today, she sent me an email saying she misses me and wants to meet up to talk. I'm still hurt at being treated like an opinion made me disposable, but honestly, I miss her, too. This has me reeling, and I don't know how to respond.
Hear me out: Remove Judge Nicholas Rowland. Three teenage boys gang r@pe two separate girls, are found guilty and he protects their future and says, “No-one need go to prison today.” EXCUSE ME? WHAT? What about the victims? This IS misogyny - the act of r@pe and the response by this Judge.
Accountability matters particularly at a time of increasing misogyny and male violence to girls and women. ENOUGH of professionals and systems backing up perpetrators 🤬💀
It’s good the sentence is being reviewed - the Judge should be investigated and removed

❌ REPOST OF THIS VILE KITTEN ABUSER WHO STILL WALKS AMONGST SOCIETY
🚨 BEN MURKIN
🌍 MILL LANE, FORDHAM, ELY
⚠️KNOW HIS FACE⚠️
A sadistic animal abuser has avoided prison after inflicting catastrophic injuries on a kitten after throwing it at a wall, a door and down the stairs.
Ben Murkin, of Mill Lane, Fordham, Ely, appeared at Cambridge Crown Court on March 6 to be sentenced in a prosecution brought forward by the RSPCA.
On March 6, 2024, a veterinary practice was contacted by a family member who said Murkin's cat Whisper had fallen and was struggling to breathe.
By the time they arrived at the practice with Whisper, the kitten had already passed away after being in immense pain and suffering.
Whisper's death was reported to the RSPCA after concerns about the injuries.
An independent post mortem found that Whisper had suffered injuries including a bruised head, a left eye haemorrhage, reddening and bruising of the tail area, and multiple injuries to limbs, consistent with a strong human grip.
Murkin claimed the injuries occurred when he was carrying out CPR.
The post mortem also found evidence of current and old rib fractures and a fracture on the lumber vertebrae.
He had also ignored advice from the bet to bring the cat back on two occasions.
These included after bringing in the kitten for limping after a supposed fall in December 2023 and in February 2024 after treatment for a fractured tooth and red gums.
Some of the specific acts of cruelty detailed in court included kicking Whisper against a wall, picking her up by the tail and throwing her down the stairs, and throwing Whisper against the door.
The expert vet concluded in their report: “It is my expert opinion that clearly Whisper suffered as a result of the injuries she sustained however they were caused.
She sustained multiple and severe injuries both to her lip and upper canine, to her ribs on the right hand side and then to her face, chest and abdomen in the final incident.
“All of these will have caused her to suffer pain and distress. The final set of injuries the duration of the suffering will only have lasted as long as she remained conscious which is likely to have been a short period of time.
“It is my expert opinion that the injuries sustained by Whisper were the result of deliberate and intentional trauma inflicted upon her by a person with the intention of her causing her serious harm and suffering.”
The court heard he got Whisper with his girlfriend as emotional support as he was lonely. When the relationship ended, he started to resent the cat. The judge described Murkin's actions as an "extraordinary response".
The judge noted this had been "astonishing cruelty to an animal" and said Murkin had committed other acts of physical violence on the cat.
The offence was placed in the highest category because the injuries were "prolonged and repeated, inflicted with significant force, and resulted in death".
Murkin had pleaded guilty to two counts of causing unnecessary suffering to Whisper by inflicting trauma causing injury and for failing to provide prompt veterinary treatment, in respect of the injury to the cat’s gums and fractured canine tooth.
He was given a 22-month prison sentenced that has been suspended for 18 months.
He has been ordered to carry out 240 hours of unpaid work and 20 Rehabilitation Activity Requirement days.
He has been banned for keeping all animals for life and was ordered to pay £500 court costs and £187 victim surcharge.
RSPCA Inspector Emily Astillberry said: "The actions in this case were of astonishing cruelty to a defenceless animal. It is heart-breaking to hear what Whisper - this small ragdoll kitten - had to endure such cruel and sustained suffering. She was still so young when she died and had to endure such pain and suffering during this short life.”
Stop with all this 'he's so young & so unintelligent, sending him to prison for gang rape will mess his life up'.
It fecking should.
What about HER life?
The trans argument that women have been perfectly safe sharing the ladies with transwomen because of cubicles.
then surely that means transwomen will be perfectly safe using the cubicles in the gents.
@RestIsPolitics It’s not difficult at all. Keep men out of our spaces. If men don’t feel safe in the men’s toilets wearing female clothes, then that is a male problem which you, as men, should be addressing
🚨🏴 Green MSP Q Manivannan has been caught out big time. ‼️
Hes been telling voters he grew up starving from a lower caste family back in India.
Turns out he went to a fancy private school in Chennai studied at a private uni and comes from a proper upper middle class background with doctors engineers and academics in the family.
Now on a student visa in the UK and running for Holyrood. Wild how these stories unravel.

1./ My latest article explores the truth behind an incredible scandal. 3 days ago the UK government announced it will host a huge jamboree for the LGBTQ+ lobby next year. As if that's not bad enough it will also hand over £21M to insane LGBTQ+ organisations. What's going on? 👉
Rape victims are often accused of adultery under Sharia law if they report being raped by married Muslim men.
Here is a shocking example:
A 13-year-old girl in Somalia was raped by a married Muslim man. Instead of punishing the rapist, an Islamic Sharia court sentenced the little girl to death. The Muslim rapist accused her of “seducing” him by appearing in public, and the court agreed — convicting her of adultery.
Hundreds of Muslim men gathered to stone her to death as an offering to Allah.
They laughed, cheered and shouted “Allahu Akbar” as she screamed in agony until her last breath. Not one man stepped forward to save the 13-year-old rape victim.
Everyone in the village heard her cries for help before the execution. Instead of intervening, they tied her hands behind her back and chained her feet. The local imam directed the men to dig a hole and bury her up to her waist so she could not move or dodge the stones aimed at her head.
For hours before and during the stoning she begged for mercy, looking toward her neighbors, her father, and every Muslim man taking part. Until her final breath she cried out, but no one rescued her. Of the hundreds of men present, none showed compassion.
The participants gladly joined this Islamic act of worship, ignoring her pleas and rejoicing with “Allahu Akbar” while brutally killing her.
This is not an isolated barbaric act.
This is Sharia law in practice — where the victim is punished and the rapist protected if he is married.
Not all cultures are equal.
Some protect the innocent.
Islam punishes the raped girl and calls it justice.
The West keeps importing this ideology while pretending it is compatible with our values.
It is not.
Share this. The world must see the true face of Sharia and stop the denial.
A farmer dies in April 2026.
His son inherits the farm. The farm has been in the family since 1847.
The farm consists of: 300 acres of grazing pasture, a farmhouse built in 1892, a barn, a milking parlour, two tractors of varying ages, a Land Rover that runs about 70% of the time, and a herd of 180 Hereford-cross cattle.
On paper, the farm is worth approximately £3.2 million. This is because land near him has been bought recently by a London hedge fund looking for carbon credits, which has dragged the comparable value of every field within forty miles upward to a number nobody local can justify.
In cash, the farm produces a profit of about £28,000 a year in a good year. In a bad year it loses money. The son also works as a fencing contractor three days a week to keep the operation viable.
The inheritance tax bill on a £3.2 million estate, even at the reduced 20% rate, comes to approximately £140,000 after the increased threshold is applied. The son does not have £140,000. The son has never had £140,000. The son has £4,200 in his current account and an overdraft.
The son sells 60 acres to a developer to pay the tax. The developer puts solar panels on the 60 acres. The remaining herd cannot be sustained on the reduced land. The herd is sold. The barn becomes a holiday let.
A different family eats Brazilian beef this Christmas without knowing why the price went up.
The Treasury collects £140,000.
The land never produces British food again.
Can you please make as many people aware of this latest scam as possible? It’s cruel.
Take it. Spread it where you like.
Money is tight and this targets the most needy. Especially perhaps the elderly who might fall for and click a link like this.
TV license refund. The person who passed me this hasn’t had a TV license for many years.
Just amazing that the conclusion Owen draws from this is "women shouldn't have their own spaces" rather than "men should do something about their own behaviour"
Imagine this: a group of working-class white men flood into Parliament Square on a Saturday afternoon, waving Union Jack flags.
Among them are known criminals—some with violent records. They shout abuse, deface statues, urinate on memorials. They hold signs with slogans like “The only good immigrant is a dead one,” “Bring back witch-burning of brown people,” and “Piss on Muslims.”
Can you imagine the reaction?
The police would be out in full riot gear. Journalists would descend like vultures. Front pages would scream about a fascist uprising. Politicians across the spectrum would line up to condemn it. There would be emergency debates in Parliament.
The working class would once again be blamed for dragging Britain into barbarism. It would be treated as a national crisis.
Now imagine the same scene—but swap the Fred Perry shirts for dresses. Swap the football chants for chants of “trans rights are human rights.” Keep the abuse. Keep the criminal records.
Keep the vandalism and the threats—only now, the targets are women. Lesbians. Feminist.
Survivors of male violence.
And instead of swastikas or white power slogans, the flags are Progress Pride and trans stripes.
Now imagine the reaction.
Actually, you don’t have to. Because that happened. And no one cared.
There was no national outcry. No political reckoning. No police crackdown. No headlines about hate movements. No pundits drawing historical parallels to fascism or authoritarianism. Instead, there was silence—or worse, celebration. Because these weren’t angry working-class blokes the liberal elite loves to loathe. These were the approved kind of extremists: middle-class men in lipstick, cloaked in the language of rights and inclusion.
They can say “die, TERF.” They can threaten rape and disfigurement. They can silence women, stalk them, spit at them, doxx them. They can scream “no debate” while waving signs glorifying violence. And institutions—media, government, academia—will protect them. Not just tolerate them, but fund them. Platform them. Cheer them on.
Because identity, in this warped political moment, trumps behaviour. And gender identity, in particular, has become the ultimate shield. It turns men into victims, women into villains, and violence into virtue—so long as it's directed at the right targets.
This isn’t just hypocrisy. It’s systemic gaslighting. It’s a two-tier society where some people can say and do anything under the banner of “progress,” while others are hounded for speaking plain truth.
We’re told to imagine a dystopia of hate. But the real nightmare is already here—and it’s wearing a dress.

In Auschwitz, my mother taught me three rules.
Not stories. Not prayers. Rules. The kind that kept you alive.
Rule one: Never make eye contact with a guard.
Rule two: Never show that you are sick.
Rule three: Never, ever, lose your bowl.
I was five years old. I memorized them the way other children memorize nursery rhymes.
The bowl was a small tin thing. Dented. Scratched. It held whatever thin soup they gave us once a day. If you lost your bowl, you had no bowl. If you had no bowl, you had no ration. If you had no ration, you understand.
I guarded that bowl with everything I had. I slept with it. I held it against my chest during roll call. I knew where it was every second of every day.
Then one morning, I fell into the latrine.
There is no delicate way to say this. The latrines in Auschwitz were wooden boards with holes cut into them over a pit. The holes were large. I was very small. I was in a hurry. I slipped.
I went in up to my neck.
The smell. The cold. The rats. I do not need to describe it. Your mind already knows.
My mother tried to pull me out. She could not. I was slippery and she had no strength. None of us had strength. We had not eaten properly in months. She called out. Other women came. Together they pulled me free. Someone found a hose. They sprayed me down in the cold air while I stood there shaking.
I did not cry. Rule number one in Auschwitz was the same rule everywhere, do not attract attention.
But I got sick. Very sick. The kind of sick that comes from rats and filth and cold water and a body that has nothing left to fight with.
And I remembered Rule Two, never show that you are sick.
I hid it from everyone. From the guards. From the other children. Even from my mother, because I knew if she knew, she would do something. And doing something in Auschwitz got you killed.
But someone saw. I do not know who. I do not know why they helped me instead of reporting me. I never knew.
They took me to a room, a makeshift hospital. I lay in a bed, a real bed, not a wooden bunk, for the first time since we had arrived.
I do not remember much of what happened next. The fever blurred everything. Days passed like smoke.
When I came out, I still had my bowl.
I had held it even in the latrine. Even in the fever. Even in the dark when I did not know where I was or what day it was.
My mother looked at me when I came back. She looked at the bowl. She did not say anything. She just nodded, the way she nodded when something had gone the way it needed to go.
People ask me what survival looks like.
I tell them, sometimes it looks like a five year old girl climbing out of a latrine in a death camp, covered in filth, shaking with cold, still holding her tin bowl.
Because she knew that the bowl was the difference between eating and not eating. Between living and not.
Because her mother had told her. And she had listened.
I am Tova Friedman. I fell into a latrine in Auschwitz at five years old.
I came out still holding my bowl.
Tova.

A 76-year-old man from West Sussex has pleaded guilty to paying more than £200,000 for children in the Philippines to be live streamed while being sexually abused or raped to order
Robert Pasteiner, from Old Broyle Road in Chichester, was initially identified through suspicious payments of more than £200,000 which he had made to individuals in Southeast Asia, some of whom had been caught facilitating live-streamed child sexual abuse.
He pleaded guilty to 36 child sexual abuse offences,
He was then arrested in February 2023 at Heathrow Airport before boarding a flight to the Philippines, where he had arranged to meet a 12-year-old girl at a hotel.
Pasteiner appeared at Portsmouth Crown Court on Friday and will return there on 23 July for sentencing.
When apprehended at the airport, his luggage was searched and officers found presents including perfume and jewellery, along with condoms and Viagra.
A large quantity of Filipino Pesos and false documents were also concealed in his suitcase.
Searches of Pasteiner's home uncovered 15 electronic devices, six of which contained indecent images of children, and paperwork detailing who he had been speaking to abroad.
Among the documents were notes about how much he had paid and what the amounts were for, some of which were said to have been for "a show".
Pasteiner's long list of offences included causing or inciting the sexual exploitation of a child, attempted sexual communication with a child, arranging or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child and making indecent images of children.
The National Crime Agency worked closely with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and Philippine National Police (PNP) to identify and safeguard Pasteiner's victims and arrest those who had organised their abuse on his behalf.
The Al-Qaeda terrorist and suspected mastermind of the 7/7 bombing in London 2005 in which 52 people were killed and 800 wounded, Haroon Aswat, was released early from psychiatric prison last year “after his schizophrenia improved.”
UK judges ruled for his release from psychiatric care, overriding police and security services’ warnings that he was still a massive danger to public security.
Aswat was linked via phone contacts with the bombers, had met some of them in Pakistan before the attack and had travelled back to the UK just weeks before the attacks and last the UK on the same morning that the attacks took place.
He was arrested in Zambia a few weeks later with bomb-making manuals.
The U.S. wanted him extradited for past terrorist offences on their territory but faced legal obstacles from European judges.
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) first blocked his extradition to the USA due to concerns his paranoid schizophrenia would worsen in US prison conditions (breaching human rights against inhuman treatment). After US assurances on care, he was eventually extradited back in 2013.
He was sentenced in the USA in October 2015 to 20 years for conspiring to provide material support to al-Qaeda, including helping set up a jihadist training camp in Oregon with Abu Hamza associates.
After serving time, he was extradited back to the UK around 2022 and held under the Mental Health Act.
Last year, UK judges decided to give him an early release and he is now free in West Yorkshire with just limited monitoring since it was deemed that stricter measures such as being forced to wear an ankle monitor risked worsening his psychiatric status and would be against mental health law provisions.
“It breaks my heart to sell my daughters into sexual slavery at the age of 7, but it’s the only way to get my hands on the money I value more than their lives.”
And the BBC thinks this man is a sympathetic figure.
Islam is an abomination.
