They claim my account breached because of "tick movements and spread widening not visible on MT5." If traders can't see the data that triggers a breach, how are we supposed to manage risk fairly?

Th trader claim that his account dropped to $189,747.87. With a peak equity of $201,198.47, this implies an $11,450.60 drawdown. His actual maximum drawdown was only $5,900, well within limits. The account never reached the claimed low. Please provide a detailed explanation of how the breach was calculated, including timestamps and methodology, and conduct a full manual review of the Trader equity data. Genuine question for the prop trading community. Daily open equity: $201k. After closing my loss, my balance was $195.5k with no new trades. They claim my equity dropped to $189.7k from floating losses. How can equity be below balance with no open positions?

I'm not disputing equity drawdown rules. I'm asking a simple question: if a prop firm can fail an account based on price movements and spreads that aren't visible on the trader's platform, how can the trader independently verify or manage that risk? @JakubUPC @upcomers_com

Dear @upcomers_com @JakubUPC My Upcomers account has never touched $189K. With a peak equity of $201,198.47, that would mean a drawdown of -$11,450.60, which simply never happened. The lowest drawdown was only -$5,9K, staying within my risk and below 3% risk per trade.

@upcomers_com @JakubUPC This discrepancy is your mistake. I expect Upcomers to review the account data and replace my live account. I should not have to pay for another evaluation because of an inaccurate drawdown calculation. @PropFirmsGuru @Propfirmedge @support_tph @propworldnews
