In 2017 SC had rejected probe into Kashmiri Hindus genocide (1989) by saying issue was too old. How same SC in 2018 rightfully allowed reopening on probe in Sikh genocide (1984) even though it was older than even Kashmiri Hindus genocide. Bottom to Top whole system is apathetic.
