Help needed🙏🏻 It appears cycling across a continent is too high risk to insure. Add in a cardiac pacemaker to the mix and they won’t even speak to me. Hitting a brick wall with insurance companies. If anyone out there knows of any insurance companies or anyone who can help🙏🏻

@firsthippy @malwinki If you are looking to replace it, the Shimano Ultegra RX RD-RX800-GS works with 42T (and is probably cheaper than buying GRX)
