@sjoerdmossou Hope you enjoyed Marine tonight.
My son is a season ticket holder.
I am an Everton season ticket holder.
Enjoy Liverpool V PSV tomorrow night.
Hope you all enjoy your visit to my home city.
We Evertonians all remember how friendly everyone was back in 1985 in Rotterdam.
@IanWright0@ornella_10_@EvertonWomen@crosswayspod Really good to see that Ian is not bitter about the treatment he used to get at Goodison by Everton fans during his playing days. You can't say that about other players who got the same treatment around the same time.
@Darren1878nsno Grealish also missed the passing, link play and support he got from Garner the midfielder against Brighton.
Tim isn't as good a footballer so doesn't help Grealish when we have the ball like Garner does.
It meant Grealish was more isolated with fewer options.
Garner played well yesterday before I make this next point. Grealish didn't alf miss a proper full back behind him yesterday. Could see it a few times when he needed the over/under lap and it wasn't on so he had to come inside to kdh which took all the space away from beto
@Everton_Extra Ben foster watched a clip of pen takers before league cup final in 2009 on an iPod. He then saved Ohara's penalty. That's why he hates the keepers using notes etc
@AaronSharp
Thank you for today's article in The Guardian.
It really does capture the essence both of yesterday's experience and the experience of being an Evertonian.
Well done.
Crazy that we hear about Train Drivers who get £60,000 a year for driving a train.
But we never hear about the boss of Tesco who gets £30,000 a day and doesn't even pay tax in the UK.
Or the £250m a day that the likes of Amazon, Vodafone, BP and Shell don't pay in tax.
Charity where the boss earns £370,000 and which helps the rich is exempt from corporation tax, inheritance tax on legacies, pays no stamp duty land tax if it buys property, and gets gift aid on donations bit.ly/40aW45m
Important 🧵on our new peer-reviewed paper:
The pandemic is as bad as it ever was for babies - in year to Aug 2023, 6,300 babies under 1 were admitted to hospital wholly or partly BECAUSE of Covid.
They are ONLY age group where admissions have NOT gone down over time 1/17
@Jensh84@merseyrail Ridiculous that guards can't ask people to move down to create space.
After all, they have been given jobs just to stand there and do nothing after all those strikes.
These guards really need to have a good look at themselves.
Do your job for goodness sake.
@merseyrail I've had to give up travelling in It's really disappointing when there are space in the aisle but guards can't ask people to move down and use all space available. It would be useful if the app could match boards to show if 4 or 8 coaches. Impossible to get on after Waterloo

Sadly, travelling on the M62 to Liverpool, Dream is now completely hidden as the trees cover any views. All partners originally involved in its creation signed up to the mission statement of 'Dream should be highly visible 24/7.' One still lets us, and the town down badly.
How is this report from earlier this week not dominating the news?
Earth’s ‘vital signs’ show humanity’s future in balance, say climate experts. More scientists are looking into possibility of societal collapse, report says
