I find this sentiment interesting too, every person I’ve encountered who deconverted told me the reason was because they feel the claims are not -true-. Also upset because they feel deceived.

One doesn’t love knowledge if starting with an assumed conclusion and using the language of logic/philosophy in a machination to sell it no matter what. If one loves knowledge they’re willing to update if shown to be wrong

Depending on the bias, a person can not care if the arguments support their position. They’re going to believe it regardless, like this fella👇🏼
