Hitters Don’t build a highlight reel of only home runs. Coaches want to see: • Quality at-bats • Different pitch locations • Line drives • Opposite-field approach • Two-strike swings • Exit velocity (if available) Show them the hitter you really are.

Outfielders Outfield recruiting is about more than a strong arm. Show: ✅ First step ✅ Reads off the bat ✅ Routes ✅ Closing speed ✅ Accurate throws ✅ Plays moving in and back Athleticism shows on film.

Infielders An infielder’s highlight reel should answer one question: “Can I trust this player with the game on the line?” Show first step, footwork, range, glove, arm strength, double plays, and different throwing angles.

Catchers If you’re a catcher, don’t make coaches search for what matters. Show: • Pop times • Throws to 2nd & 3rd • Receiving • Blocking • Framing • Game management Defense gets catchers recruited.

Pitchers Your highlight reel shouldn’t just prove you throw hard. Show: ✅ Velocity ✅ Strike throwing ✅ Secondary pitches ✅ Command ✅ Mechanics Coaches are recruiting pitchers who can get outs, not just light up a radar gun.

A great highlight reel doesn’t show everything. It shows the right things. One of the biggest mistakes players make is filling their video with clips that don’t help coaches evaluate them. Every position should emphasize different skills. #BaseballRecruiting #Baseball
