$U1 Migration — Final Update We're in the closing chapter of the migration cleanup. Here's where things stand: → 190 wallets fully claimed — 3,701,357 $U1 (92.5%) → 35 wallets claim-ready right now — 290,365 $U1 → 36 wallets still owed — 298,643 $U1 (being processed) The migration succeeded. 4M tokens consolidated cleanly onto Base. The cleanup is in motion and will be wrapped fully this week. To everyone who made it across — congratulations. You're now part of the next chapter on Base, and the infrastructure you held through is going to continue compounding from here. To everyone who missed the window — we hear you. We genuinely didn't want anyone in our community to be on that side of the line. I understand, @SapiensArcana . I never wanted to create negativity or disrespect the team. I was simply trying to explain an unfortunate real-life situation during an unexpectedly short migration period. I’ve already provided my wallet, proofs,, so I’ll leave my case in your hands and respect whatever final decision is made. Despite everything, I still genuinely respect the vision and appreciate the time you took to respond.

I feel you but we did not expect it to be 4 days. That was not a standard set thing its just what happened and what the market did during a bear market. The market decided that it was four days. We set public update on the DCA stategy in the public documents that were released and it created an arbitration strategy that many took massive advantage of. Ultimately waiting until November was the plan if we needed to wait for LP lock to unlock to transfer LP but waiting that long would of delayed the utility we promised to U1 holders and it would of made things more inefficient for us to move forward as a business as you notice the first weth/u1 pair is tied to our own DAMM pools on our platforms which increases platform TVL and volume ultimately contributing to more fees and credibility to our platform. The platform is what brings the utility to U1 so it even has value. Ultimately that is why we relayed the DCA strategy in public docs awhile ago before we even started to mention that migration was about to start and the goal was either until November or until all 4million outside of the 1million locked in LP were transferred over. Ultimately the 4million happened first and it happened fast during a bear market which is not something we expected would happen. We cannot change our tokenomics to adjust to those who missed it. All we can do is move forward and build the objective value of the platform we have to the highest level. And deliver on the utility promise we made to U1 holders and NFT holders even if some of them happened to get outpaced by other people.

I truly believe there should be an exception for wallets that clearly prove long-term holding and accumulation of $U1. Holding for months and investing significant money into a project shows real conviction and belief in the vision. That level of commitment should not entirely depend on a 4-day migration window. Life circumstances can disconnect people unexpectedly. Verified long-term holders who never sold should still be given consideration. Thank you, and I’m really sorry you’re going through this too. That’s exactly the point.. real life can disconnect people for a few days, especially during difficult family situations. Long-term holders who genuinely believed in the project and accumulated for months shouldn’t lose everything over a 4-day window. I still respect the vision and the team, I just truly hope there can be some consideration for verified early supporters like us.

Sorry for your loss. That’s exactly what I was saying earlier. I also had family matters going on and was away from X and Discord for a few days, only to come back and find out the migration was already closed. A "4-day" window to act on something this important is honestly absurd. Now me, you, and a lot of other early supporters have lost thousands of dollars because of it. It really doesn’t feel fair to the people who believed in and helped this project grow from the beginning

I fully accept responsibility for missing the migration. But in just 4 days, life can completely disconnect someone from crypto. I lost my grandmother during those exact days and missed the migration while grieving. This simply isn’t fair. A 4-day migration "window" is far too short for people with real lives, work, family, illness, vacations, or emergencies. Not everyone is on X 24/7 monitoring every update. Many early supporters are now stuck on the SOL chain facing thousands of dollars in losses. I believe you’re a fair person, so please help find a solution for the holders who supported the project from the beginning.
