Graffiti is a blight that must be eliminated. Thats why I’m co-sponsoring with Mayor Dyer efforts to hold those accountable who engage in such destructive behavior. Penalties could total $50,000 with charges filed. It’s about holding criminals accountable-often missing in CA.

Prosecutors contended .25 cal pistol found in victim’s car was murder weapon. Gibson testified booking report said gun had no serial number. But later reports said gun had serial number. Gibson said that’s a red flag for any defense attorney but Goodwin never investigated gun.
