First KFT event I ever caddied in Alex Cejka was in the group. He was lost, like hitting snap hooks lost. On 18 he hit his approach into water, walked up as we were back in fairway, finished the hole and walked to the parking lot. Obv didn’t show for 2nd Today he won a major. #golf

This kind of underscores one massive negative to the Transfer Portal. The Sac State coaching staff evaluates a player, brings him in, he has a great freshman year, and then bam, he's gone. These kind of moves are also unintended consequences of NIL.

In a surprise to almost no one that follows amateur golf, Tennessee freshman Caleb Surratt shoots 63 in the KFT Monday. These two courses are REALLY easy, honestly might not be enough, we will see. To type “63 might not be enough” is wild.
