#UPDATE: The accused behind the heinous murder of an innocent 13 y/o girl in Budgam has been arrested... and in a shocking twist, he turns out to be her own neighbour. Such monstrous cruelty is both heartbreaking and unforgivable. We urge the Budgam Police and concerned authorities to ensure the strictest punishment under the law. Justice must prevail for the victim and her grieving family. 🙏
