Several subjects appeared multiple times across different forums or by different actors, most notably the China NSCC supercomputing leak, Taiwan PIDC records, and Ternopil TsNAP. Three public-sector victims were also present on ransomware leak sites: mesto-jemnice, morgancountyga, and egov.
