@mintycrossing @mistapussy Oh yes I’m familiar!! I love seals they’re my favorite animal :3 I just meant with an otherwise healthy pup that I’m assuming will continue to stay healthy, it’s an interesting choice to keep it when it would seem like a good candidate for release!

@atollvik @mistapussy seals also need to be fed a LOT and their mothers milk has a high fat diet, so until they grow to a certain point, it's dangerous to release them. now, it is the circle of life for some seals to not make it to adulthood due to predators, but i don't think it's bad to rehab if pos
