In the next couple of weeks we're launching an XSLT 3.0 parser for .NET 10. We're probably going to take the extra step and make it XSLT 4.0 compliant, just for good measure. We're also going to be building a metric shit ton of things on top of it (including XQuery)

Frontier models are exceptionally efficient, intelligent, and useful. For agents, context is now the bottleneck. Enter the context layer, which bridges the gap from an enterprise's messy data to actionable context, packaged for agents. We're seeing three distinct verticals emerge in the context layer space: - Data gravity platforms - Existing AI data analysts - New, dedicated context layer companies Read the full piece by @JasonSCui and @JenniferHli: a16z.news/p/your-data-ag…

Meta just showed you can build billion-parameter foundation models for graphs 🕸️ GraphBFF brings LLM-style scaling laws to graph data — bigger model or more data = predictably better results. arxiv.org/pdf/2602.04768

New Engineering blog: We tasked Opus 4.6 using agent teams to build a C compiler. Then we (mostly) walked away. Two weeks later, it worked on the Linux kernel. Here's what it taught us about the future of autonomous software development. Read more: anthropic.com/engineering/bu…

LinkedDataHub now supports installable packages 🧩 Add SKOS, ontology editors, viewers, domain logic — declaratively. No plugins. No forks. Just RDF + HTTP. LinkedDataHub 5.2.0 is out 👇 atomgraph.github.io/LinkedDataHub/…

The Semantic Web, RDF, and Generating Knowledge Graphs from Legacy Data A key part of any knowledge graph -based system is the ETL pipeline that produces graph data from legacy data sources. The so-called “Semantic Web stack” contains several standardized and mature technologies to implement these pipelines. In this presentation we cover how to “craft RDF” using existing standards and their open-source implementations. Specifically, we cover R2RML and RML (for mapping tabular data to RDF), XSLT (for translating legacy XML to RDF), JSON-LD (for translating “plain vanilla” JSON to RDF), SHACL (for verifying and validating the outcome), and harvesting RDF from file systems and Web sites. Building knowledge graphs using RDF and the rest of the "Semantic Web stack" is not "rocket science". The requisite tools and standards exist and are mature. What is needed is a collection of examples, recipies, and best practices that help developers get started. The target audience for this presentation: technical, beginner/intermediate, with some background in RDF and related technologies. People who watch this talk will take home a sense of empowerment to tackle their data transformation and knowledge graph construction challenges. Founder, So Many Aircraft Dr. Ora Lassila is the founder of So Many Aircraft, a boutique media shop and book publisher targeting aviation history enthusiasts and scale modelers. So Many Aircraft leverages knowledge craft technology in all aspects of its operation. Earlier, Dr. Lassila pioneered the idea of the Semantic Web: He was a co-editor of the original RDF specification and a co-author of the original Semantic Web vision, now considered the seminal article of the field. -- Connected Data London 2025 brought together leaders and innovators. AI agents will be a big part of how we shop in the not-so-distant future. To help lay the groundwork, we partnered with Shopify, Etsy, Wayfair, Target and Walmart to create the Universal Commerce Protocol, a new open standard for agents and systems to talk to each other across every step of the shopping journey. And coming soon, UCP will power native checkout so you can buy directly on AI Mode and the @Geminiapp.
