@rukky_nate Nascon is not overpriced at all 😂😂😂 It’s trading at book value. It has crazy room for growth also. Nascon is a company doing close to 150B in revenue if I’m not mistaken.

So it’s being on my mind for a while and for the first time ever I downloaded the book. I was quite excited to see what I was missing out on the precious company. The audited financial report of 2025 appears just there tbh on the first glance, while there is increased revenue of about 6B, their other revenue dropped by about 4B so the total revenue of 2025 compared to 2024 is just +3B difference. It’s a company that made 26B in revenue in 2025, and the profit after tax for 2025 is just 1B naira better than that 2024. Earning per share (EPS) on year to year basis increased by 0.25 naira. I mean their EPS for 2025 was just 4.75 naira, it was 4.50 in 2024. “NGX Group provides a wide range of services including listing and trading securities, licensing, market data solutions, ancillary technology, regulation, real estate and more through its wholly owned subsidiaries.” — From their book. If you look at the report, the core company itself had a bad year, but the other investment around it carried the whole group. Their main revenue came from transactions fees about 15B which was up compared to 2024’s 7.9B, and you can definitely expect that to increase more in 2026. The other major revenue came from listing fees, 4.7B in 2025 a drop from 5.7B in 2024. With the big listings coming this year, there might be another increase, time would tell. Their other major revenue came from forex instability in 2024 which went down significantly in a stable forex market in 2025. About 3.5B difference. Personally I don’t get the Fuss about the company, its over priced, its a decent company, there is room for more growth, especially as the market improves, and liquidity increases, but its way overpriced. I mean it was trading at 188 per share at one point ???? Well dividend lovers and bonus lovers drove the price up so fair enough to them. Will I invest later in the future in them ? Maybe, but right now, No way, it’s way overpriced. Well on the bright side, a company that 45% of its revenue is profit after tax, sounds really cool ngl. About 59% of the revenue is Total comprehensive income for the year. 19% as return on assets, and 24.45% as return on equity, that’s a good company right there to be very honest. The current share price is too high for me, probably they do 30-35B in revenue in 2026 decent figures but too expensive right now. I would still take a further dive into their book sha, but if I see drop in price I won’t be shocked at all, the stock is not worth more than a 100 to 120 naira at most. But heyyyyy everyone is hyped and excited.

@abalu_uthman @Ufohandrew1 Fact. Some influencers sent a lot of uneducated pple to early death in the crypto space, i see them in here doing same thing. D more pple know the fundamentals and they can use it, the better for the stock market itself

@dmightyangel @LegendaryJoe @channelstv NBC is a bit too soft. There is a standard. If u dnt like the president dnt bring such rubbish to the tv as anchor. Vote against PBAT in the next election if u like. Alot of us will vote for him. If he wins or lose. Life goes on . U hav not right to force ur opinion on pple

Well, yesterday, someone said the part where this woman was acting very irrational and insisting that @LegendaryJoe must accept her own answer and that President Tinubu was not her own President right in the studio was completely taken off the air by @channelstv.... I checked their youtube now and I noticed that it was actually cut off completely. You may not agree with me, but at least, Channels felt she was far below journalistic ethics, hence they cut off her Orubebe part so that others will not think that's the standard. We are getting somewhere....

Your bank is paying you 3% on your savings. Inflation is 15%. You are losing 12% of your money every single year and your bank is smiling. Here are 9 apps that can change that. All regulated. All verified. Save this thread because you will need it 1. @ZedcrestWealth - Nigerian stocks Buy and sell shares on the NGX directly from your phone. This is how you own a piece of Dangote Cement, GTCO, MTN and start earning dividends. 2. @getladda - Treasury bills, Group savings Treasury bills are giving 15-18% right now. Government backed. This app makes accessing them simple. 3. @mycashierlife - Vault, Ajo, Loans, Group savings Their Vault pays interest UPFRONT. Not at maturity. Upfront. And the rates are better than most investment apps out there. Plus, they have digital Ajo for those who love contribution. 4. @investbamboo - US stocks, Dollar savings Buy Apple. Buy Amazon. Buy Tesla. From Lagos. In 5 minutes. This is how you get dollar exposure and protect yourself from naira depreciation. 5. @Risevest - Real estate, Fixed income Own real estate without buying land or dealing with tenants. Plus, fixed income options that beat your bank's fixed deposit. 6. @cowrywise - Money market funds, Mutual funds Perfect for beginners who want professional fund managers handling their money. Low entry. Easy to use. 7. @investnaija - FGN savings bonds, Treasury bills Buy government bonds directly. This is literally lending money to the Nigerian government and getting paid interest for it. 8. @CardinalStoneNG - Traditional stockbroker For those who want a proper brokerage account with research, advisory, and full market access. 9. @QuidaxGlobal - Crypto Regulated crypto exchange for those who want digital asset exposure in their portfolio. You do not need all 9. Pick 3 or 4 that cover different asset classes. One for Nigerian stocks. One for US stocks. One for treasury bills. One for alternatives. That is a diversified portfolio built entirely from your phone. A few years ago, this kind access did not exist. Today you have no excuse. Bookmark this. Share it with someone who keeps saying they do not know where to start. Tag them below.
