#Microplastics are becoming a growing concern for human health. In our study, we found both primary and secondary microplastics in the lungs of patients with #lung_cancer and also in those without cancer. Two findings stood out: 1.Every single lung sample we examined contained microplastics. 2.Patients with lung cancer appeared to have a higher number of particles and different types of polymers compared to those without cancer.
