@kanachan2020 May I add Desproges- Gotteron artery resides in Kambins triangle (lower half of foramen) and is very much prone to injury during transforaminal injections or percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomies.

You maybe know Adamkiewicz artery, which is branched off from Th 9 - L 1 segmental arteries, mostly on the left side supplying lumbar enlargement. Then, do you know artery of Haller and Desproges-Gotteron artery?
