BEFORE SLEEPING KNOW THIS... For years, visually impaired individuals in India struggled to find meaningful jobs. Mangaldeep, agarbatti brand from ITC Limited, partnered with NGOs, trained visually impaired individuals, and hired them as fragrance testers**—smelling, comparing, and approving scents with high precision. Today, around **150 professionals earn with dignity… while the company improves product quality, and customers experience better fragrances. What looked like a limitation became a business advantage !!

ITC Mangaldeep: ‘They See With Their Noses’ Mangaldeep has unveiled its new ad film, bringing its visually impaired fragrance testers in focus. The film uses a friendship story to spotlight Mangaldeep’s Sixth Sense Initiative. The film unfolds through a quiet exchange between two friends, bringing to life a larger message—of the extraordinary capabilities of the visually impaired testers who form part of the Mangaldeep Sixth Sense panel. Mangaldeep’s Sixth Sense panel comprises of visually challenged individuals, working as testers for its range of incense products, and playing significant roles in the creation of unique fragrance varieties. The initiative has opened up employment opportunities for them as well as enables them to live with dignity. By relying on individuals with heightened sensory perception to refine its fragrances, the brand shifts the focus from just the product to the process behind it—celebrating expertise, inclusivity, and the craft of fragrance creation. The film reflects Mangaldeep’s commitment to inclusive innovation—driven by the people who make its products more authentic, and a reminder that sometimes, the most powerful senses are the ones we don’t always see. Take a moment to pause, listen, and experience it differently. Watch the film. #BrandsWithPurpose #TheITCWay #MangaldeepSixthSense

6. Yaadon Ki Barat and Ae Kaash Ke Hum Jatin Lalit use the rhythm structure but does amazing improvisation on first 2 lines by making subtle changes to the notes ... the third line " bas nagme" and " chedo tarane" is a give away :) You can see Aamir khan as a little kid

3. Woh Toh Hai Albela and Rhim Jhim Gire Sawan This is clearly an inspiration which Jatin has stated in interviews , the flow of notes for the first line of the mukhda are very similar and the overall vibe are similar but Woh Toh hai albela then changes track

Jatin Pandit still sings so well. Apart from being gifted music directors, both brothers still have good controlled voice, great quality. youtu.be/-yVDfPOuNo8?si…

Everyone has a “music age” 🎶 no matter how much your taste evolves, a part of you is forever stuck in that one era that just hit different. What’s yours? Mine’s the Jatin-Lalit era.

Sachin's odi average was dropped below 40 during that year. Yes Sahara Cup was the only achievement, but that too came just bcoz of dada.. Sachin & India was unlucky that Srinath was absent for most the year & left handers scored tons of runs against india..
Curious_Sharma🇮🇳@abhinav_me

@bcdeshmukh83 10 wins and 27 losses If i am not wrong and 2 Abandoned matches Even though Sachin made 1000+ runs in 97, it was at below 40 average The whole year was disappointment after disappointment and peak was that infamous 81 all out Barbados test Shining light was sahara cup win

This phase unlocked a 100+ gems! Difficult to put them in order. But the favourite for now is mausam Pyar ka - sitamgar, or a aaona gale lagao na. It also put to Rest the perennial question of Lata v asha! It was never a question!
