When I began this work the decade younger me had a lot of patience. The longest I waited for an Irrigation Secretary was 1 hour 45 min (for a scheduled meeting btw). Now that threshold has plummeted. Today I can only manage about 44 minutes it appears before I say mitti pao 🤯🙄
