I don't know the particulars of the case. I do not oppose prosecutions for particular cases of war crimes if it is impartial and legitimate... I oppose inductively claiming that a whole country and its peoples is guilty. The latter calls into question people's ability to be impartial unfortunately, so you guys will make your own cases weaker in the end, sadly.
