Day 1 update: The goal - 30 min of silence from the second I woke up today with no distractions. I made it 17 minutes and caved in. I was not used to being silent, without action, devices and stimulation. I was having trouble sitting with myself. The constant lights and tech over so many years has thrown me off. I was mentally figuring out what to do with my thoughts lol. Where to start thinking? Day one was scary and revealing. Tomorrow is another day.
