@auctionaugur I bought it recently at Kinsky. Attributed to Van Balen the elder and Jan Brueghel the elder (according to Klaus Ertz). On the back there is a copper mark from Peter Stas 1607. Do you thinks it’s worth the price? imkinsky.com/ergebnisse/148…

@auctionaugur Not so unusual. The couple would buy the central panel directly from the painter, went home and had a local painter paint their donor portraits on the wings.

This is given as "c. 1500", but at least the donor panels are a lot later. Central panel bears a very optimistic "J. Van Eyck" attribution... Interesting work anyway! interencheres.com/art-decoration…
