@AudiOfficial @AudiUK My brake lights wont go off even though I've had new sensors fitted all around. Audi Romford state there is a wiring issue but its not covered under warranty?? They state a wiring issue is wear and tear? Is that right.

@AudiUK this is happening too often. My car continually goes offline and does not smart charge. This results in much higher charges . It is in an area with good LTE reception.

@AudiUK purchased new Q3 in November. It is dark grey with a pale grey front bumper. The front bumper has been scratched. Spoke to Audi to order some paint to touch it in and have been told they can’t order it. Would need to replace front bumper. Anyone help please ?

absolutely farcical customer services from @AudiUK trying to resolve a simple issue with my vehicle code. Being passed backwards and forwards between a call centre and the Solihull dealership. Extremely poor customer service and still no resolution!

@AudiUK I’ve had a number of Audi cars over the years and bought a new A6 Allroad back in 2019. I noticed some corrosion recently on the doors so presumed that it would be covered by the bodywork warranty on a car of this premium quality, apparently not according to Norwich Audi!
