@AudiUK shocking technical support. Having purchased an Audi in February. A software issue is rendering it unsafe and not drivable. No one is responding to my support ticket and I have to wait 3 weeks for a diagnostic appointment!

@HeathrowAirport T2 baggage broken luggage belt 8 for over an hour. No update, no communication, no contingency to give people their luggage. Where are all your managers when issues like this is occurring?!?
