im tired of yall saying conditions like EDS are being overdiagnosed, it is a recently found condition, of which they are learning more and more important and life altering informantion about people arent being overdiagnosed theyre being properly diagnosed backed by new research

i forgot how much worse the lecture hall seats make my (especially back & leg) pain, my body hurts, i was barely able to stay seated during the second lecture today because my legs felt like they were on fire. i'm only 3 days in, not looking forward to the rest of the semester ☹️

This is not true humans basically have the best stamina out of every animal. We have evolved to walk for long term distances. You shouldn't go from 1k steps a day to 15k and you shouldn't slowly work up, but our bodies are absolutely made to endure the stress of 10k

so far i had only seen products with choviva in grocery stores, now one of the vegan products my uni cafeteria offers has ALSO been changed from actual chocolate to choviva. i need this shit to stop

it's fucking disgusting, i've tried several products with it & i'm just not able to eat them. i have not seen any non-vegan products containing this. it's also WAY cheaper than chocolate but the vegan products are STILL more expensive than the non-vegan ones with actual chocolate

idk if this is a problem anywhere else but germany but i have to rant because this is pissing me off. more & more vegan products that used to contain chocolate are being changed to contain an oat-based chocolate alternative (choviva) instead. it does not taste like chocolate.
