@aukitstic ugh fr it is so hard to eat anything thats not straight up fruit and veg because everything contains soy, gluten, corn, or is labeled to have contamination of the listed as well as shellfish

i'm allergic to nuts (& for some reason most vegan chocolate here contains hazelnut paste 😔) so i kind of get it. i wish they'd stop putting some of the most common allergens into literally everything

idk if this is a problem anywhere else but germany but i have to rant because this is pissing me off. more & more vegan products that used to contain chocolate are being changed to contain an oat-based chocolate alternative (choviva) instead. it does not taste like chocolate.

& yeah, some seem to think that ppl who self diagnose have looked at 1 post about the disorder & said "oh yeah that's" me. some might do that, but many put a LOT of effort into doing proper research

@guttphobic oh definitely not. they probably also don't realize how many different eds there are. it baffles me how many people think anorexia, bulimia & bed are the only ones

@aukitstic -and my doctor greatly appreciates it i tell her "i think i may have blank because of list of symptoms" and shes like "okay well look into that but lets also look into list of conditions because they can be very similar/have the same symptoms" and then we start testing

@aukitstic exactlyyy yall are only against self diagnosis because you think were as lazy as you are to not actually do research, i literally read medical studies & reports everyday to try to compare my living to documented livings of someone with the conditions i think i have-

@guttphobic saying bulimia is easier to self diagnose than anorexia when there are SO many different ways bulimia can manifest is wild 😭 i guarantee their only thinking of bulimia as binging & purging by throwing up & don't realize there are other ways to purge that are ALSO bulimia

Booked an appointment for a skin cancer screening, i have a sun allergy that makes me more susceptible to skin damage + a history of skin cancer in the family She told me im too young to have cancer and refused to examine me then referred me to a clinic not covered by insurance
